Compass Pro Bono forges lasting ties between local nonprofits and local business professionals to empower thriving, equitable, resilient communities.

Compass Pro Bono believes that nonprofits play a critical role in community well-being, and that local business professionals can play a key role in nonprofits’ success. They envision a world in which nonprofits consistently have equitable access to the business strategy resources they need to thrive, and in which business professionals are actively engaged in critical work for their community.

To date, Compass Pro Bono has supported 206 unique nonprofits in Greater Philadelphia, leveraging the work of 980 volunteers, creating approximately $28,118,929 in pro bono services back to the community.
