Eligibility Questions

• Is your organization a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization? 
  If no, do you have a letter from a fiscal agent outlining relationship?
• Does your organization operate and serve community members only in Philadelphia County?
• Is your organization’s current operating budget under $1 million dollars (this does not include in-kind budgeted items)? 
  Please note - we are focusing on organizations with budgets of $1 million or less. If you have a larger budget and are unsure if you should apply, please reach out prior to submitting an application.
• Has the program for funding consideration been operating for at least one year? 
  If no, please wait until you can provide one year of historical data before applying.
• Have you taken the required time off between applications as outlined in our Overview page?
  • Grantees must take an application cycle off after submitting their final report before being eligible to submit a new request.
  • Applicants who have been denied funding must take an application cycle off before being eligible to submit a new request.
